Most Drip Rush gear is made specifically for you, your team, school, or event. Because of that, custom, personalized, preorder, sublimated, embroidered, and made-to-order items are final sale once production begins and generally cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or exchanged. 

📏 Double-check your size, name, number, colors, and design details before ordering. Ordering the wrong size or approving incorrect information does not qualify a custom item for a free replacement or exchange. 

✅ If we mess it up, we’ll make it right. If your order arrives different from what you approved, you receive the wrong item, or there’s a legitimate manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days with your order information and clear photos of the issue. The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition.

For regular non-custom, non-personalized, in-stock merchandise, returns or exchanges may be accepted within 14 days as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition. Return approval is required first.
