Product descriptions, photographs, digital mockups, colors, specifications, pricing, and availability are provided in good faith.
Because many Drip Rush products are custom manufactured, the finished product may have minor variations from digital mockups or samples. Colors may also appear differently depending on computer or mobile displays, fabric type, printing method, lighting, or manufacturing processes.
Such reasonable variations are not considered defects.
We reserve the right to modify products, specifications, prices, or availability without notice.
3. Eligibility
Customers must be at least 18 years old or have the authorization of a parent, guardian, school, team, organization, or other responsible adult to place an order.
By placing an order, you represent that the information provided is accurate, complete, and authorized.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products or services from Drip Rush.
An order may be accepted when we:
-
Send an order confirmation;
-
Accept payment;
-
Begin design or customization work;
-
Submit the order for manufacturing; or
-
Otherwise notify you that the order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order because of:

Suspected fraud;
-
Payment issues;
-
Intellectual-property concerns;
-
Customer conduct;
-
Circumstances that make fulfillment impractical or impossible.
If we cancel an order after payment and before goods or services have been provided, we will refund the applicable amount paid.
5. Custom Orders and Customer Approval
Many Drip Rush products are made specifically for the customer.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all information submitted or approved for production, including:
-
Names
-
Numbers
-
Player rosters
-
Sizes
-
Quantities
-
Colors
-
Logos
-
Spelling
-
Garment styles
-
Design placement
-
Personalization
-
Other specifications
Once a customer approves a mockup, roster, invoice, order form, proof, or other production information, Drip Rush is not responsible for errors contained in the approved information.
This includes incorrect spelling, numbers, sizes, quantities, names, or other details that were supplied or approved by the customer.
If Drip Rush makes an error that differs from the information approved by the customer, we will work with the customer to correct the affected item.
6. Digital Mockups and Product Appearance
Digital mockups are intended to represent the general appearance of the finished product.
A mockup is not a guarantee that every element will appear exactly the same on the finished garment.
Minor differences may occur due to:
-
Fabric construction;
-
Garment sizing;
-
Printing processes;
-
Sublimation;
-
DTF application;
-
Embroidery;
-
Cutting and sewing;
-
Monitor or screen settings;
-
Dye lots;
-
Material availability;
-
Manufacturing tolerances.
Design placement and proportions may also vary slightly between garment sizes.
These normal production variations are not considered manufacturing defects.
7. Team Orders, Group Orders, and Preorders
Drip Rush frequently offers team orders, group orders, and limited preorder periods.
Orders submitted after a published deadline may:
-
Be declined;
-
Be placed into a later production batch;
-
Have a different estimated completion date;
-
Require additional shipping or production charges.
A preorder closing date represents the date on which Drip Rush generally begins preparing the collected order for manufacturing. Once an order or production batch has been submitted to manufacturing, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.
Drip Rush does not guarantee that late orders can be added to an existing production batch.
8. Production and Turnaround Times
Production and delivery dates provided by Drip Rush are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
Custom merchandise requires manufacturing, quality control, transportation, receiving, sorting, and sometimes additional finishing or customization after arrival.
Estimated turnaround times may be affected by circumstances including:
-
Production volume;
-
Material availability;
-
Supplier delays;
-
Shipping carrier delays;
-
Customs;
-
Weather;
-
Holidays;
-
Transportation disruptions;
-
Incorrect or incomplete customer information;
-
Changes requested after approval;
-
Circumstances outside Drip Rush's reasonable control.
An estimated delivery date is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Customers should place orders sufficiently in advance of games, tournaments, school events, holidays, trips, or other deadlines.
Drip Rush is not responsible for consequential losses resulting from a reasonable production or shipping delay.
9. Pricing
All prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Prices may vary based on:
-
Quantity;
-
Garment type;
-
Material;
-
Printing method;
-
Embroidery;
-
Customization;
-
Design complexity;
-
Shipping;
-
Supplier costs;
-
Rush requests;
-
Other order requirements.
Applicable sales tax, shipping charges, customization fees, or other charges will be disclosed through the Site, invoice, quote, order form, or other communication before payment when applicable.
Quotes are valid only for the period stated on the quote. If no expiration date is provided, Drip Rush may update a quote before the customer accepts and pays for the order.
10. Payment
Drip Rush may accept payments through the Site, electronic invoices, card payments, digital payment services, or other payment methods authorized by Drip Rush.
Payment methods may include major credit and debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout or provided by Drip Rush.
Payment processing may be performed by third-party payment processors.
Drip Rush does not directly store full payment card numbers, CVV numbers, or PIN information on its own systems.
By submitting payment, you authorize Drip Rush and its payment providers to charge the applicable payment method for the amount shown at checkout, on an invoice, or otherwise approved by you.
Orders may be placed on hold or canceled if payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or otherwise not successfully completed.
11. Cancellations and Changes
Standard merchandise
For non-custom merchandise that has not shipped, customers may contact Drip Rush to request cancellation.
Cancellation is not guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.
Custom, personalized, team, and preorder merchandise
Custom orders may generally be canceled or modified only before the order has entered production or been submitted to the manufacturer.
Once production has begun, the order may not be canceled, changed, or refunded because the merchandise is being manufactured specifically for the customer.
Requests to modify:
-
Sizes;
-
Numbers;
-
Names;
-
Quantities;
-
Colors;
-
Designs; or
-
Other specifications
must be submitted before production begins.
Drip Rush will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes but cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
12. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Custom and personalized merchandise
Because custom merchandise is manufactured specifically for the customer, all sales of custom, personalized, team, preorder, sublimated, embroidered, or specially printed merchandise are final once production begins, except when:
-
Drip Rush produced the item incorrectly compared with the approved order;
-
The wrong product was provided; or
-
The item has a manufacturing defect.
Ordering the wrong size, approving an incorrect number or name, or changing your mind after production begins does not qualify an item for return or refund.
Size issues
Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size.
Sizing may vary among garment styles and manufacturers. Size charts are provided as guidance when available but do not guarantee a particular fit.
Drip Rush is not responsible for replacing custom products solely because the customer selected an incorrect size.
Defective or incorrect merchandise
If you believe Drip Rush supplied an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
Include:
-
Your name;
-
Order information;
-
A description of the issue; and
-
Photographs showing the problem.
Drip Rush will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.
Customers should not discard defective merchandise until the claim has been resolved.
Non-custom merchandise
Unused, non-personalized merchandise may be eligible for return or exchange at Drip Rush's discretion if returned in original condition.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Drip Rush.
13. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options and applicable charges may be displayed at checkout, included on an invoice, or otherwise communicated to the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
Drip Rush is not responsible for delays or additional expenses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
Tracking information may be provided when available.
Once a package has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery timing may be affected by circumstances outside Drip Rush's control.
If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should contact both the carrier and Drip Rush as soon as possible.
14. Local Pickup
Certain orders may be available for local pickup at a Drip Rush retail, partner, or designated pickup location.
Pickup instructions, availability, location, and hours may vary and will be communicated to the customer.
Customers may be required to provide identification, an order number, or other verification when collecting merchandise.
Drip Rush is not responsible for merchandise after it has been properly released to the customer or the customer's authorized representative.
15. Customer-Supplied Logos, Designs, and Intellectual Property
Customers may provide Drip Rush with logos, graphics, names, trademarks, photographs, mascots, team marks, school marks, or other content for use on merchandise.
By providing such material to Drip Rush, the customer represents that the customer:
-
Owns the material; or
-
Has permission or authority to use the material and authorize Drip Rush to reproduce it.
The customer grants Drip Rush a limited license to reproduce, modify, digitize, print, embroider, sublimate, manufacture, or otherwise use submitted material as necessary to fulfill the customer's order.
Drip Rush is not responsible for determining whether a customer has obtained every authorization necessary to use customer-supplied intellectual property.
We reserve the right to refuse any design or order that we reasonably believe infringes intellectual-property rights or otherwise creates legal concerns.
The customer agrees to be responsible for claims arising from materials the customer provided without proper authorization.
16. Drip Rush Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Drip Rush branding, original artwork, product photographs, website content, graphics, mockups, marketing materials, logos, text, and other original materials are owned by Drip Rush LLC or used under license.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of Drip Rush intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, copy, modify, or commercially use Drip Rush intellectual property without permission.
17. Design Work
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, mockups and designs created by Drip Rush in connection with an order remain the intellectual property of Drip Rush, excluding logos, trademarks, photographs, or other intellectual property supplied by the customer or owned by third parties.
Payment for merchandise does not necessarily constitute the purchase or transfer of underlying design files, source files, templates, or editable artwork.
18. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a concern about an order, please contact Drip Rush before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Drip Rush may provide payment processors, banks, or card networks with relevant documentation regarding a disputed transaction, including:
-
Order confirmations;
-
Customer communications;
-
Approved mockups;
-
Invoices;
